Previously, as the Founder and Executive Chairman of Intelliswift, Pat spearheaded the development and execution of the company’s overarching corporate strategy. He led M&A initiatives, identifying strategic acquisition targets and orchestrating successful transactions to enhance Intelliswift’s capabilities and market presence.

Pat also oversaw the company’s global expansion efforts, navigating regulatory complexities and cultural nuances to establish a strong international footprint. He collaborated with regional teams to localize business strategies and drive organic growth in new markets, all while maintaining a cohesive global brand identity.

Through his hands-on leadership, Pat cultivated a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the organization.

Pat holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
