Exp/Past employment at : Garmen, Boeing, L3Harris, Blue Orgin a bonus

Software Engineer responsible for design/developing of software requirements, code and integration for graphics drivers, IO drivers, hardware software interface definition such as memory management, latency management, and exception handling management utilizing Real Time Operating interface (such as DEOS or Green Hills)

Prior Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years with Real time embedded software design and development utilizing DOES or Green Hills RTOS.
• 5+ years with IO hardware driver, as well as knowledge for DEOS (OS) for Built-In-Test (power-up and continuous) development.
• 3+ years with the development of software graphic drivers utilizing OpenGL
• 2+ years with memory management, latency management, and exception handling management.
• 2+ years with development of software interfaces supporting ARINC 818 and ARINC 661 standards
• Understanding of Client avionics software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
