Sr Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who will also take on the role of Client Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial asset management and a proven track record of managing complex projects and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to expand service offerings.
  • Financial Asset Management:
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of financial asset management to provide strategic advice and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform client strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement asset management solutions that align with clients’ goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management and client relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
