JD : We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications. Your expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and identify potential testing scenarios.
Report and track defects using a defect tracking tool, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve product quality.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce testing methodologies and tools.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and its components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Expertise in various testing methodologies and techniques (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
