KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

The Refurbish Sales Manager will be a market business leader, driving sales and growth in the secondary market to meet client requirements in a dynamic environment.
The role will focus on growing new business while maintaining existing accounts and organic business generation.
The Refurbish Sales Manager ensures an excellent client experience at all times and manages the top-level relationship with the client.
The role will be key in the development of near-term and long-term solutions and strategies.
This role is a technical sales role promoting clients’ refurbished devices and other products sold on the secondary market.
The Refurbish Sales Manager should be comfortable as a technology expert and viewed as a trusted advisor to existing and new clients.

The Refurbish Sales Manager is responsible for securing new revenue and growing clients' market share within the secondary market.
The Refurbish Sales Manager is an experienced, driven professional and industry expert, proven self-starter, and core team player who understands the secondary market and can clearly articulate the value that  brings to customers and technology partners.

This position will need to maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers across  Value Innovation Team, as well as identify and qualify business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Drive Refurbished Product Revenue 
o Programmatically manage accounts: orchestrate communications, assess market and competitor data and trends
o Collect customer requirements, identifying viable solutions, overcoming barriers, educating decision makers and their teams, such that solutions are the preferred technologies in response to customer requirements and enable Sclient to scale.

• Increase Market Share:
o Position clients’ mobile portfolio to increase clients' market share and revenue in the secondary market.
o Maintain acute awareness of client and competitor market share in assigned accounts.

• Develop and Mature Pipeline:
o Identify, specify, and lead enablement activities required to support your accounts.
o Developed account and agency campaigns resulting in measurable market share growth
o Develop and execute key account strategies and customer-oriented engagement plans.
o Manage a qualified quarterly Pipeline

• Manage Opportunities
Act as a customer success manager for all clients related to the refurbished market
Serve as a single point of contact for the sales process and customer onboarding and coordinates with internal teams for order fulfillment

• Strategic Partner Alignment
o Work closely with Internal and external partners
Sales Platform Management – Collaborate and manage 3P vendors where devices are listed and sold by providing pricing guidance, approve bids, and provide guidance on sales strategy
Internal partners – Work closely with cross-functional teams as needed to align on market pricing, production scheduling, product availability, and financial alignment

• Account Mapping and Segmentation:
o Demonstrate intimate knowledge of assigned account base
o Develop relationships with end customers/users/decision makers and influencers of – mobility operations to agency C-level (CIO, CTO, CISO).

o Perform long range planning (1 to 3 years) to drive revenue growth, driving customer satisfaction and overall market share growth against assigned revenue/market share targets
o Mobilize internal and external resources in response to customer requirements necessary to drive growth and solutions.
o Maintain working knowledge of Mobile Hardware and Software and the Android operating system including Android for Enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of Sales experience. Mobile industry professionals with B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of hitting annual targets.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic account plans
• Must be able to work without supervision as well as with an existing team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate and tailor.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and trends and provide recommendations that drive strategic account/business plan development and action.
• Ability to travel to meet Customers as needed
• The ability to move and transport equipment (under 75lbs) is required
• Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are a must.
