** This is a Hybrid role. Looking for candidates who can come in to the Adobe Lehi office**
Successfully provisions and delivers products to customers
Focused attention and analysis on customer requests to ensure fulfillment and responses are accurate and supportable
Identify ways to improve processes and effectively provide the best customer experience
Write and execute test plans (manual and automated) and analyze results
Report bugs and work with development team on resolution
Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
Break Epics down into smaller requirements in a user story format.
Participate with IT in design sessions to build out product.
Groom backlog by adding, editing and removing user stories, as well as setting priorities and tracking progress.
Participate in scrum calls as product owner and SME.
Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

What you need to succeed
3+ years of relevant professional experience, working with engineering and business stakeholders
Strong business process analysis skills
Excellent communication and time management
Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
Detailed oriented and thorough
Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
Nice to have skills
Experience with Visio, Atlassian Confluence and Jira a plus
Experience with Product and Pricing definition, SAP, and Quote to Cash processes a plus
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
