Account Management Role (Self-Repair, Small Biz ISPs, Depot ISP,s and B2B ISPs)
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the Self-Repair Program and ISP partner management prioritizing day-to-day operations supporting the partners and ultimately ensuring customers’ needs are met in a reasonable time.
This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working partnerships with all accounts by taking into account mutual goals for inventory management support, assisting with upholding repair quality standards, and our main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manages the Self- Self-repair program to ensure all parts are available within the specified time and available to consumers.
• Manages Independent Service Providers supporting small business, depot, and B2B accounts.
• Collaborates during weekly meetings with the supply chain to gain an understanding knowledge of parts demand and expected fulfillment time based on lead time
• Monitor KPI and Daily reports to help increase the visibility of the overall program
• Support Account onboarding, provide support, and perform monthly check-in during the initial account launch
• Perform yearly audits at the beginning of each fiscal year and validate certification requirements.
• Monitor AR/AP to manage credit block for parts weekly shipment
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of program performance at the account level with suggestive measures to improve performance
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as assigned.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
• Pro-efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a teamwork environment
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
