Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for annotating data for training machine learning models.

Responsibilities:
  • Write SOAP notes for audio conversations/transcripts
  • Review SOAP notes and fix any errors
  • Ensure compliance with all national and local patient privacy laws including HIPAA and HITECH
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy
  • Should be familiar with regulations e.g. 2021 CPT and E/M coding changes

Qualification
  • At least 2 years experience as a medical scribe in the outpatient primary care domain
  • previous experience annotating SOAP notes from audio files/transcripts
  • Have a degree in either Computational Linguistics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, B.Pharm
  • Good English literacy.
  • Bachelor's degree with pre-med career track
  • Bonus: Medical Scribe certification
  • Experience as a data annotator for machine learning
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Familiarity with billing codes
