Pay rate range: $28/hr. to $30/hr. on w2.

Top must have skills:
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.
- Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
- Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.

Schedule: Fully onsite Mon-Fri

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience:
2-3 years experiences in Engineering / Technical field

Content Engineer is needed to create service related contents for STG upload. Content Engineer will be creating contents with focus on upcoming new models and high service trend models. Content Engineer is crucial to resolve the current lack of contents for products which results in repair difficulty for field technicians.

Contents Engineer
- Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
- Investigate, diagnose, report, and assist in the resolution of Home Appliance and Electronic Product problems. Assist in the concept, development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.

Main Roles
- Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents
o Determine models missing from STG
o Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
- Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG
o Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion
- Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch
