Data Analyst I

Pay rate range - $40/hr. to $44/hr. on W2

Must Have
Demonstrated ability to build and manage Tableau / PowerBI /Quicksight dashboards
Experience in working with databases and SQL in a business environment (redshift, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Mysql)
2-3 years of experience with data analysis.

Project background 
Supporting the entire supply chain execution.
Have broad experience in supporting the supply chain team.
Very collaborative role, The Team will provide requirements for the dashboard and testing. Will be giving and receiving feedback with the team.
Will have to put time on teammates' calendars for feedback on tasks.
Build customer dashboards for Supply Chain Planning
Dashboard Creation and Management

This position will be responsible for:
•Creating custom data analyses and visualizations to drive effective decision-making for demand-supply planning, capacity planning, and SIOP
•Defining user requirements to develop metrics, tools and dashboards
•Improve existing tools and dashboards per customer feedback
•Making data-based business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
•Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the group’s growing and rapidly changing businesses

Job Qualifications 
•Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
•Experience in working with databases and SQL in a business environment (redshift, PostgreSQL, oracle, Mysql)
•Demonstrated ability to build and manage Tableau / PowerBI /Quicksight dashboards
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.)
•Undergraduate degree in business, data, engineering, or a related field would be preferred.
. 2-3 years of experience with data analysis.
•Direct experience in operations or supply chain planning a plus; Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
•Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
